Tenants
A tenant is the boundary for API access, configuration, devices, webhooks, and operational controls.
Default model
Most deployments use one logical tenant per environment. This is the simplest model for a single product or customer deployment.
Multi-tenant model
Some organizations need multiple tenants when separate teams, providers, workflows, or compliance boundaries must not share configuration.
